These terms apply to Uwear when used on Android devices via Google Play Store.
For general mobile app terms, see Mobile App Terms. For iOS-specific terms, see iOS Terms.
These Android-specific terms supplement the general Mobile App Terms of Service. By downloading Uwear from Google Play Store, you agree to both the general terms and these Android-specific provisions.
Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Uwear Android application ("App") for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license is subject to these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the App.
By accessing or using the Uwear App on Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and comply with all applicable laws.
To use the App, you must create an account by providing:

You agree not to upload or create content that:

Disclaimer: AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate. While we strive for quality and realism, AI technology can produce unexpected or imperfect results.
You own the AI-generated images created through the App and may share them freely. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or any consequences arising from your use or sharing of AI-generated content.

The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved by Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc.
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the Service.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason.
Account Deletion and Archive Period:
When you delete your account, we maintain a 30-day archive period before permanent deletion. During this time, you can contact support@uwear.ai to recover your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGICIEL UWEAR.AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the ADR Institute of Canada in Montreal, Quebec, in accordance with the Institute's arbitration rules.
You waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc. regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
