Platform Terms of Service

These terms apply to users of Uwear Studio and Uwear API (clothing generation for brands).

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Uwear Platform, including Uwear Studio (platform.uwear.ai) and the Uwear API (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Uwear Platform provides AI-powered fashion photography services that transform flat-lay clothing images into on-model photographs. Our Service includes:
- • Uwear Studio: Web-based platform for brands to generate product photos
- • Uwear API: API access for programmatic image generation and integration
- • Related tools and technologies for clothing visualization
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • All activities that occur under your account
- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- • Providing accurate and complete registration information
4. Credits and Payment
Important: Purchased credits will never expire but cannot be refunded once used. Every credit use incurs a computing cost we are not able to recoup.
- • Credits are required to generate images using our Service
- • Credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases
- • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
- • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- • All sales are final except as required by law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond API limits
- • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the original images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the Service.
Generated Content: You own the AI-generated images created through the Service and may use them for any legal commercial purpose.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and only use it as necessary to provide and improve our Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UWEAR.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uwear.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but unused credits will remain available should you choose to reactivate your account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
