How to create AI product photos for your listings
You can turn the product photos of a garment, front and back, into a complete listing: a full-body photo on a model, the other angles a product page needs, a lifestyle look and a short product video. This episode does it start to finish on one garment, with the demo model and art directions that come with every Uwear account.

- How to turn the photos into a product video
What you start with
Three things go into every photo: the garment, a model and an art direction. The garment is the product photo you already have, a packshot, a flat lay or a supplier photo. The model is the person who wears it. The art direction is the look of the shoot: the background, the light, the framing and the pose.
You set the model and the art direction once and reuse them. That is what makes the hundredth product look like it came from the same shoot as the first.
Upload the garment, front and back
Upload the front and the back of the garment. The cleaner the product photo, the closer the result: sharp, evenly lit, and the whole garment in frame.
The detail trick: if the garment has a logo, a print or a label that matters, add a close-up of it as a detail image. A logo that is half visible in the product photo gets guessed, and guessed wrong. With the close-up attached, the image model copies it instead of inventing it.
Set up the first photo
Pick the model and the art direction. The episode uses the demo model and a white studio direction, both included in every account, so your first result can look like the one on screen.
Then choose the image model. The image model is the AI that draws the photo, and each one has its own price per photo. You see the credit cost before you generate.
Generate the front. This first full-body photo is the one everything else builds on, so take the time to get it right: if the fit, the color or a detail is off, generate it again before you go further.
Get more angles with camera edits
A product page needs more than one photo. Instead of generating each angle from scratch, you edit the camera on the approved front photo: the upper body, a detail, the side, the back. Each edit keeps the same model, the same light and the same set, so the angles match each other the way photos from one shoot do.
For the back view, the image model also uses the back of the garment you uploaded, so the back shows the real back and not a guess.
Add a lifestyle look
Swap the art direction and generate again. The same garment on the same model now sits in a different setting, with natural light and a different mood. One product can have as many looks as you have saved art directions, and each look stays consistent across every product you shoot in it.
Make the product video
The last step turns the approved photos into a short product video, ending in a 360-style turn of the garment on the model. It starts from photos you already approved, so the video shows the same garment, model and set as the stills.
At this point the product photos have become a listing: the full-body photo, the extra angles, a lifestyle look and a video.
