Uwear.ai is a software that allows brands and clothing sellers to generate on-model photos of their items using artificial intelligence.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the software.

• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the software to any third-party.

• Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the software.

• Upload any content that you do not own or have the right to use, or any content that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software and the "Uwear.ai" trademark belong to us or our licensors. You obtain no rights in the software or the trademark other than those expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.

6. No Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as the costs incurred running AI models is extremely high (compared to traditional software). When a photo is generated, we pay for the processing time used by the GPU, regardless of the photo quality and cannot ask for a refund ourselves. During sign up, you agree to withhold your right to refund for this reason.

7. User-Generated Content

Any photos generated by users using the software are available for commercial use without time limit or use restrictions. However, we retain the proprietary right to these photos for AI training and improving our algorithms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate these Terms and Conditions and your access to the software at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montreal, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
