Write an Art Direction by Talking to Studio Copilot

August 12, 2026Uwear Team3 min read
Studio Copilot drafts and revises an Art Direction from a conversation, then runs one confirmed test shot

A merchandiser can now describe the shoot they want and get an Art Direction they can review, revise, and test without leaving the Art Direction screen. Studio Copilot is free and live for every Uwear customer. It works on Art Direction today; it is not a Studio-wide assistant.

What shipped

  • -Draft and revise: describe the shoot, review each proposed change as a card, and apply it to the Art Direction.
  • -Use one reference: let the copilot look at one public image, one uploaded file you own, or one Uwear generation result you own.
  • -Test before production: ask for one test shot, review the quoted credit cost, and confirm in plain words before it runs.

Turn a Shoot Brief Into an Art Direction You Can Run

Start with the shoot in your own words. Studio Copilot drafts the Art Direction and shows the proposed change as a review card. Nothing is applied until you choose to apply it.

Keep talking when the first draft needs work. Ask for a revision, review the next card, and continue from the same conversation. Your turns stay ordered, and the conversation can recover if a run stops before it finishes.

Show the Copilot One Reference Image

Studio Copilot can look at exactly one image when you need visual context. Give it a public HTTPS image, a file you uploaded, or a generation result you own. It can discuss that reference or an existing shot before it writes or revises the Art Direction.

Run One Test Shot Before You Commit the Line

When the direction is ready, ask Studio Copilot to run one linked test shot. It quotes the credit cost first and waits for you to confirm in plain words. After confirmation, the shot runs through the normal Uwear generation flow.

Talking Is Free; Generating Images Is Not

Every Studio Copilot conversation and revision is free. A test generation costs credits. The copilot quotes that cost and asks for your confirmation before it runs.

Inside Studio, Not Agent Mode

Agent Mode and Uwear MCP let your own agent drive Uwear from outside Studio. Studio Copilot works inside Uwear Studio, only on the Art Direction screen. It does not work across every Studio surface.

Uwear is AI visual production for fashion, built for high-volume production with automatic, agent-driven quality checks. Uwear builds the art direction; you send the samples. Studio Copilot makes that direction conversational, reviewable, and testable from the same screen.

Private to Each User

Each conversation, turn, and event is private to the signed-in user. Studio Copilot also checks that the user can access the linked Art Direction before it reads or changes it.
