For merchants who installed the Shopify app:

  • • We no longer onboard new merchants to the Shopify app
  • • Merchant data collected through the app (store information, product catalog data, API access tokens) is deleted as the app winds down, in line with Shopify's data requirements

  • • Shopper profile photos and try-on images were never shared with merchants and remain governed by the mobile app sections of this policy

For questions about merchant data, contact support@uwear.ai.

We retain your data for different periods depending on the type:

  • Account information: As long as your account is active
  • Generated images: 90 days after generation (downloadable anytime within this period)

Marketing Campaign Analytics

We use Facebook/Meta tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand which advertising brings users to our platform and mobile app.

Tools we use:

  • Facebook Pixel (website/platform): Tracks anonymous visitor actions from our web advertisements
  • Facebook SDK (mobile app): Tracks anonymous app installs and usage from our mobile ad campaigns

What data is collected (anonymously):

  • • Device type and operating system
  • • App installs or website visits from advertisements
  • • General actions like sign-ups or purchases (aggregated data only)
  • • General location (country/region level)

This tracking is anonymous. We only see aggregated patterns like "Campaign A led to 50 app installs", not individual user information like "John Smith installed from Campaign A."

How to opt out of marketing tracking:

  • iOS devices: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
  • Android devices: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
  • Facebook ad preferences: Visit facebook.com/adpreferences
  • Browser cookies: Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit Service functionality. For mobile apps, we comply with App Tracking Transparency requirements (iOS).
