Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the Uwear Platform: Studio, API, and the MCP server, including virtual try-on delivered through the API.
The former Uwear mobile app is now Dailyfit, which has its own website and privacy policy. Sections below that reference the mobile app continue to apply to legacy Uwear app accounts and data.
1. Introduction
At Uwear.ai, operated by Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc., we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered fashion visual production services on the Uwear Platform (Studio, API, and the MCP server). It also continues to apply to personal data collected through the former Uwear mobile app (now Dailyfit) for legacy accounts.
2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:
- • Name and email address
- • Username (for mobile app users)
- • Company information (if applicable)
- • Billing information for purchases
- • Communication preferences
Usage Information
We automatically collect:
- • Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
- • Device information
- • Usage patterns and preferences
- • API usage statistics
- • Analytics data via Google Analytics
Content Data
Images and files you upload or generate through our Service, along with associated metadata. This includes garment and avatar images, prompts, generation settings, and generation results that you add or create through Studio, the API, or the MCP server. For mobile app users, this includes profile photographs with face data for personalized try-on experiences.
Data Handled Through the Uwear MCP Server
When you connect the Uwear MCP server, it receives only the tool-specific content that your MCP client sends for the action you request. This may include prompts and tool-call arguments, selected asset identifiers, garment or avatar images and files you upload, and tool results returned to the client. Uwear does not request your full conversation history.
We use this data to authenticate your account, perform the requested Uwear action, maintain short-lived session context, protect and troubleshoot the Service, and provide support. Your chosen MCP client provider handles the conversation before tool inputs reach Uwear and receives the requested tool results. That provider's own privacy and retention terms also apply.
You can disconnect Uwear in your MCP client settings, delete workspace assets, or request deletion or export of your account data using the controls described below.

- • Shopper profile photos and try-on images were never shared with merchants and remain governed by the mobile app sections of this policy
