iOS Terms of Service

These terms apply to Uwear when used on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad).

For general mobile app terms, see Mobile App Terms. For Android-specific terms, see Android Terms.

Overview

These iOS-specific terms supplement the general Mobile App Terms of Service. By downloading Uwear from the Apple App Store, you agree to both the general terms and these iOS-specific provisions.

1. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the Uwear App is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Key Points:

  • • The license is granted by Logiciel Uwear.ai Inc., not Apple
  • • Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services
  • • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
  • • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them

2. Account and Credits

Credit System

  • • Free users receive 12 credits every Thursday at 1:00 AM EST
  • • Credits are used for AI clothing try-ons and virtual fashion experiences
  • • Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via the App Store

In-App Purchases

Uwear Pro Weekly Subscription

  • • Price: $9.99 USD per week
  • • Duration: 7 days (weekly renewal)
  • • Benefits: 100 credits plus premium features
  • • Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • • Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → App Store → Subscriptions

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable

All payments are processed through Apple. If you need a refund, you must request it through:

3. User Content and AI-Generated Images

User Agreements

You agree to:

  • • Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
  • • Not create content that violates App Store Review Guidelines
  • • Understand that AI-generated content may not be 100% accurate
  • • Not use the App to create inappropriate or offensive content

AI-Generated Content

You own all AI-generated images created through the App and may share them freely. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.

4. Privacy and Data

Privacy Commitments

  • • We securely handle face data and profile photos required for virtual try-on
  • • We do not share your personal data without consent
  • • We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements
  • • Data is stored on secure AWS S3 servers with encryption

5. Apple-Specific Terms

Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are handled through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

  • • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • • Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • • Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → App Store → Subscriptions
  • • Refunds must be requested through Apple Support

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Account Deletion:

When you delete your account, we maintain a 30-day archive period before permanent deletion. During this time, you can contact support@uwear.ai to recover your account.
